I believe in keeping your massage experience as simple and stress free as possible. Simply book the service you'd like and before we start we'll do a thorough intake to understand your wants and needs for that day.
Everything is included in price, even gratuity, so no need to tip! There are no add ons or up charges for things like aromatherapy, hot stones, or cupping. Streamlined and simple, the way it should be.
60 Minute Massage $120
90 Minute Massage $180
Therapeutic Massage
Choose this massage if you don’t know where to start, what you need, or if you just want hands-on work. Whether it’s long, flowing massage strokes or targeted work, like Trigger Point Therapy, I’ll customize your session based on your needs after doing a thorough intake at the beginning of our time together. Other therapies, like massage cups or hot stones, may be utilized with this session.
Massage with Reiki
This service is very beneficial for those that are high stress, experience symptoms of depression, anxiety, or grief, or simply have a hard time relaxing. Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation. When paired with massage, it’s like having a silent conversation with your body. When you’re able to truly relax and quiet your monkey mind, it gives your body, energy, & soul a chance to be heard.
Massage with Cupping
Cupping is recommended if you like deep tissue work, have chronic tight spots, or limited mobility. By creating suction & negative pressure, cupping therapy lifts & softens tissues, increase circulation, and drain excess fluids & toxins by opening lymphatic pathways.
Hot Stone Massage
If you have deep aches & pains, but don’t like a lot of pressure or force, then Hot Stone Massage is for you. A deeply therapeutic treatment, the heat warms & softens the muscles, allowing the body to relax for deeper work if needed.
