Booking An Appointment

New Clients will be scheduled for a consultation, usually lasting 5-10 minutes, to give us an opportunity to introduce ourselves, learn your reasons for seeking massage, and to determine if my services are a match for your wellness goals.  This is a great time to ask questions, and if I feel you’d be better served by an approach I do not offer, I’ll gladly refer you to another therapist in my network.

**My online schedule is password protected.  The password will be provided after your initial appointment.**

Credit Card on File 

This time is scheduled just for you and only you which is why I require a credit card on file to guarantee and reserve your appointment.  However, the card WILL NOT be charged unless you authorize payment after your session or if needed to honor the Cancellation/No-Show Policy.

Cancellation Policy 

Sometimes things happen and you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment and that’s OK.  There is no fee if cancelled/rescheduled with 24 hours notice.  

 

If less than 24 hours notice is given prior to the appointment time, you will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.  

 

Failure to arrive at your appointment is considered a “No Show” and will be subject to the same charge of 100% of the reserved service amount.  

 

I also follow this policy.  Should I need to cancel/reschedule your appointment within the 24 hour period, you will receive a free session of the originally scheduled duration.  

Appointment Times & Late Arrivals

Out of respect for my time and other clients, please plan to be on time.  You may arrive 5-10 minutes early to any appointment to get the full time scheduled.  If you arrive right on time or late, I can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment and you will be responsible to pay the full amount of the session you requested.  

If you are late more than 50% into your appointment time, that will be considered a "no call/no show" and you will be responsible for the full amount of the scheduled session.  

 

If you are more than 10 minutes early, I kindly ask that you wait in your car as I require the time to properly set the space for our work together.
